I wanted to use rotating olive trees...it was not possible because the room next door held precious documents (Quran, miniatures). The conservators of the British Museum and the Louvre were worried that the trees would contaminate their documents…So, I used artificial plastic trees...A few years after, I created the dancing trees in exposition in Casablanca...
