The video loops showing  a man interminably shaving a carpet  ... I am barechested in this video performance  like the backs of the models in the colored photographs. Here, I am  talking to myself about my cultural background and identity. I want to erase it in front of everyone in an act of vain. I put it in the set design and capture on film.
